For one day only, you will have the opportunity to pull on a hard hat and high-vis vest and step onto the site of Wynyard Homes’ newest development of luxury detached bungalows on the prestigious Wynyard Estate.
Unlike a traditional open day, the Behind the Build event gives a unique opportunity to experience the development while it is taking shape. Walk the site, see homes under construction, and get a much clearer sense of the space, setting and lifestyle that Greenwood Park at Wynyard will offer.
Each tour will be hosted privately by a member of the Wynyard Homes team, allowing you to explore the development at your own pace, ask questions and discuss everything from individual plots and floor plans to specifications and the buying process.
