We are currently buying one of the Glen houses at Towerburn View in Shilbottle. This is a big move for us from Kent. We are bringing my mum back home after many years in the south. So far the service we have recieved from Joanne has been fantastic and is one of the reasons we are buying at Towerburn. Travelling up constantly to view different developments was very tiring. Steve the site manager has been amazing, there are always snags etc with new builds but Steve has no excuses, he goes the extra mile to get everything sorted promptly and has a great way of making you feel really comfortable. Within a day of emailing Steve the snagging list he had contractors booked in, and the couple of issues we needed fixed asap, sorted the next day. He promised when we completed to look after us and he really is.
