Assistant Site Manager

Alnwick area

The Assistant Site Manager role at Wynyard involves managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective works while maintaining high-quality work and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

 • Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations and providing clear direction to site staff.
• Managing health and safety procedures, working closely with Wynyard Homes Health and Safety Consultants.
• Motivating and managing directly employed site staff including subcontractors through toolbox talks, training, coaching, and support.
• Maintaining site presentation and ensuring compliance with building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements.
