You will be invited to walk the site, explore homes currently under construction, take in the spectacular surroundings and gain a real sense of what life at Fairways will feel like long before the final homes are complete.
Each tour will be hosted privately, giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss available homes and explore the latest plans for the development at your own pace.
Following the tour, you will be welcomed back to the sales office to enjoy a glass of bubbly or orange juice while chatting with the sales team, viewing floor plans and learning more about the homes currently available.

Tours will last approximately 30 to 40 minutes and begin at the Fairways sales office, where visitors will be provided with hard hats and high-visibility clothing before heading onto the development.
Suitable flat footwear, such as trainers or boots, must be worn, and for health and safety reasons, children cannot be permitted on the construction site.
