Lyndsey Walton, Head of Sales and Marketing at Wynyard Homes, fully embraced the festival spirit, spending the entire weekend on site in her campervan.

Lyndsey said:

“Mighty Dub Fest is everything that’s great about Northumberland. It’s friendly, welcoming, family-focused and set in an incredible location. Being able to spend the whole weekend here and speak to so many people who love the area as much as we do was fantastic.”

“As a company, we believe it’s important to be part of the communities we build in. Events like this allow us to meet people, hear their stories and understand what makes places like Alnwick and Northumberland so special.”

Fairways, Alnwick

Interest remained high throughout the weekend in Fairways, Wynyard Homes’ exclusive development within the grounds of Alnwick Golf Club.

Visitors were keen to learn more about Phase Two, following the successful sell-out of the first phase. With luxury four and five-bedroom homes, open views across the golf course and easy access to both the town and coastline, Fairways continues to attract buyers looking for something truly special.

The Steadings, Alnwick

The Steadings also generated significant interest, particularly amongst families looking to enjoy everything Alnwick has to offer.

Located close to the town centre and within easy reach of schools, shops, cafés and local amenities, The Steadings offers a range of thoughtfully designed homes that combine modern living with one of Northumberland’s most desirable locations.

Towerburn View, Shilbottle

Celebrating Northumberland

For Wynyard Homes, the weekend reinforced why Northumberland continues to attract so many people looking for a different pace of life.

Whether visitors were admiring classic vehicles, enjoying an ice cream in the sunshine, meeting the famous parrots, listening to live music or simply spending time with family and friends, there was a clear appreciation for the area and everything it has to offer.

As Wynyard Homes continues to grow across Northumberland, events like Mighty Dub Fest remain an important opportunity to connect with local communities and celebrate the places people are proud to call home.
