Wynyard Homes has been recognised for its high construction standards after receiving a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award for its Copperfield Park development in Middleton Tyas, North Yorkshire.

Premier Guarantee is one of the UK’s leading structural warranty providers and carries out regular independent inspections of residential developments throughout construction. These inspections assess areas including workmanship, site management, health and safety, and overall build quality.

The Quality Recognition Award is presented to developments that consistently achieve high scores during these inspections, placing them among the top performing sites assessed by Premier Guarantee surveyors.

Copperfield Park, Wynyard Homes’ flagship development in the village of Middleton Tyas near Richmond, was recognised for the standards maintained by the site team throughout the build.

The development features a collection of traditionally designed homes, incorporating natural stone, slate roofs and high specification interiors that reflect the character of the surrounding North Yorkshire landscape.
