Wynyard Homes has been named a winner at the 2024 Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding build quality and site management.

The award was presented for the company’s Copperfield Park development in Middleton Tyas, which has received consistently high scores during Premier Guarantee’s independent construction inspections.

Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards celebrate the highest-performing developments across the UK, recognising builders that demonstrate exceptional workmanship, construction standards and site management.

The recognition follows earlier Quality Recognition Awards achieved during the construction of the Copperfield Park development.

Copperfield Park is a premium development set within private parkland in the village of Middleton Tyas, near Richmond. The scheme features a collection of high-quality family homes designed with traditional architectural details including natural stone façades and slate roofs.
