Wynyard Homes is inviting you to pull on a Hard Hat and take an exclusive, private tour of the Fairways luxury new build development in Alnwick, on Saturday 15th August.
Unlike a traditional open day, the Behind the Build Hard Hat Event allows you to experience the development from a completely different perspective. You will be invited to walk the site, explore homes currently under construction, take in the spectacular surroundings and gain a real sense of what life at Fairways will feel like long before the final homes are complete.
Each tour will be hosted privately, giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss available homes and explore the latest plans for the development at your own pace.
Following the tour, you will be welcomed back to the sales office to enjoy a glass of bubbly or orange juice while chatting with the sales team, viewing floor plans and learning more about the homes currently available.

What happens during the tour?
During the guided tour, visitors will:
- Explore Fairways with a member of the Wynyard Homes team.
- Take a tour of Plot 1 and plot 5
- Visit homes currently under construction, including The Gilligan and The Wood.
- Learn more about the build process and the craftsmanship behind every home.
- View the layout of the development and discuss available plots.
- Ask questions about floor plans, specifications and purchasing opportunities.
Tours will last approximately 30 to 40 minutes and begin at the Fairways sales office, where visitors will be provided with hard hats and high-visibility clothing before heading onto the development.
Suitable flat footwear, such as trainers or boots, must be worn, and for health and safety reasons, children cannot be permitted on the construction site.
